If
you've QuitSmoking, but are thinking "Damn, I want a cigarette!"
YOU ARE DOING IT THE WRONG WAY.
We have
did an etiquette that questioned 200 ex-smokers that quit
for 1 year or more now. It seems like they never really
were thinking "Damn, I want a cigarette".
Well, no I'm not explaining this 100% right but it's hard
to explain in a few words. The ex-smokers all had their bad
days and times wanting a cigarette. The redemy on this was:
Buying (herbal) nicotine patches, pills OR change the mindflow...
So what do I mean by changing the mindflow?
Instead of thinking at some times "Damn, I need a cigarette!",
they were thinking "No, no the girls don't like smoking guys".
Or they were thinking "No no no, I don't want my kids to
start smoking because I'm a bad example"... Another example
is "My endurance is low enough now, and I want to do sports"
In other words:
People that have been QuitSmoking, they think about the REASONS
why they quitsmoking in the first place when they are in
the need of a cigarette.
But doing
that only didn't make all addicts QuitSmoking ...
For me personally, the
herbal
nicotine patches did the job...
